Wilanda Verdecia

Wilanda started dancing at a young age and has since practiced various dance styles, including ballet, flamenco, show dance, commercial dance, reggaetón, and show salsa. She fell in love with Cuban salsa at the age of 16 and taught her first dance class at 20. Wilanda’s teaching career officially began in 2022 at Dance School Baila Baila.

In her classes, she emphasizes precision, arm movements, and fluidity. Wilanda currently teaches partner salsa together with her twin brother Wincent, and she also substitutes for other instructors when needed.
